Companies wishing to raise equity and be admitted to Investbx are required to engage with a legal adviser and reporting accountant, from the Designated Professional panel, in order to complete the admission process.
In order to become an approved Designated Professional a firm must:
- be in good standing with its regulatory body;
- maintain a permanent establishment in the West Midlands staffed by appropriately qualified personnel;
- demonstrate that the firm has played a significant role as an adviser in raising capital.
