Incentivise your employees

M42 at night

Investbx provides the planning, implementing and administering of employee share schemes for businesses large and small.

We will help you in choosing the right plan for your aims and objectives, offer complete administration of the plan, provide full employee communication support and put in place a transparent fee structure.

We provide access to planning, implementing and administering of share schemes for businesses large and small.

Employees need to be offered a range of choices that not only suit their personal needs but your corporate goals.

Plans We Offer:

Share Incentive Plans (SIPs)
SIPs were introduced by the government in order to encourage greater employee participation across commerce and industry.

Employees invest from gross pay, saving Tax and National Insurance (NI), and for the company, scheme costs are tax deductible and also reduce your NI liabilities.

Under a SIP, you can offer the following types of shares:

  • ‘Free Shares’ – shares you put into an employee’s SIP for free (perhaps instead of a cash bonus or profit sharing payment).
  • ‘Partnership Shares’ – shares bought each month by deduction from gross pay.
  • ‘Matching Shares’ – shares you give to employees to ‘match’ those they have bought. You can match on a ratio of up to two shares for every one bought.
  • ‘Dividend Shares’ – shares purchased using the dividends that employees earn on their shares

Share Scheme Maturities
For many years, ShareSave and Share Option schemes have been a popular way for employees to buy shares.

Ultimately, handling the schemes efficiently at maturity is extremely important to you and to the employees. Through our employee share scheme Maturity Services we will:

  • Handle all the administration – leaving you free to get on with your business.
  • Provide simple but complete guidance notes for your employees – so you get fewer enquiries and they feel fully informed.
  • Offer a full range of maturity options – from tax efficient ISA and spouse transfers to a low-cost sale service, so you can provide as wide a range of choices as possible to suit different circumstances.
  • Provide an Employee Helpline – we can help guide your employees through their decision process, answer individual questions, obtain duplicate copies of forms and information.

Your employees get the support they need without devoting additional resources to them, and you can be assured your scheme maturity will be handled smoothly and efficiently.

To discuss your requirements or to find out more about the plans on offer, please feel free to contact us on 0870 400 0292.
