Access to information

Plaza Offices, Telford

In order to ensure that Investbx new issues are well supported, it is essential that potential investors have sufficient information available to them to make an investment decision.

Consultation with professional investors, experts and professionals from within the financial services industry has assisted us in developing a prescribed, yet flexible, information reporting schedule, which all Investbx companies must comply with.

Companies that wish to raise equity and be admitted to Investbx are required to engage the services of a research provider.  We maintain a panel of pre-qualified research providers for companies to select from.

A research note will be written about the company, using a pro-forma, based on information provided to them by the company, combined with that of their own investigations and market knowledge.

Whilst the research is commissioned by the company, it is conducted on a completely independent basis. This research in conjunction with the Admission Document and regional press coverage about the company through its showcasing activity, should give investors access to much more information about the company than would normally be available to them.

Companies will be required to retain the services of a research provider after admission in order to keep the market well informed about the company on a regular basis.

It is important to remember that not all investment products or services are suitable for all investors, if you are in doubt whether these services are suitable for you, you should seek independent advice.
