Each Company will be required to ensure that at least one firm of research analysts publishes research on the Company prior to Admission and at least every 6 months thereafter. A Company may choose a research firm from a list of those approved by Investbx Limited. The research firm will issue an Independence Statement with each research note confirming that it has reached its conclusions in accordance with Investbx independence guidelines.
Companies may also be required to participate in periodic investor relations events, which will be predominantly web-based. The purpose of this showcasing activity is to ensure that shareholders and potential investors receive additional information in order to understand more about Company developments.
Where the Company is raising funds, an investor presentation by the issuer, derived wholly from the contents of the Admission Document, will be available from the Investbx Promotions Limited website, and at the Company's discretion, through real time presentations to investors.
Where the Company has issued and Annual Form, at the Company's discretion, an investor presentation by the Company, derived wholly from the contents of the Annual Form, will be available from the Investbx Promotions Limited website and through real time presentations to investors (if arranged).
